Mark Kubeck joins Sator Regulatory Consulting Limited

Markus Kubeck has recently joined Sator Regulatory Consulting Limited. Focusing on offering corporate governance, compliance and regulatory consultancy and support services for offshore trust, fund and investment businesses, fiduciary and administration services. Markus also undertakes Non Executive Directorship appointments.
Sator is a Jersey based company wholly owned by Helen Hatton, who has over twenty years director level experience in offshore financial services regulation and financial crime investigation. Sator offers international standard setters, regulatory authorities, financial services businesses and the DNFBP/NPO sectors review, investigation, advisory and assessment assistance, training and resource and consultancy support services on a retained or project basis.
Educated at De la Salle College, Markus studied law at North Staffordshire Polytechnic.
