Who Are We

Sator is a Jersey based company wholly owned by Helen Hatton, who has over twenty years director level experience in offshore financial services regulation and financial crime investigation.

This experience was gained as Head of Enforcement for the Isle of Man Financial Supervision Commission and as Deputy Director General of the Jersey Financial Services Commission.

Prior to her regulatory career, Helen worked for American Express Bank advising high net worth clients on asset management strategies and was ‘top producer’ for a number of years. Helen’s original career was in academia, where she lectured for nine years in business and management studies.

What We Do

Sator offers international standard setters, regulatory authorities, financial services businesses and the DNFBP/NPO sectors review, investigation, advisory and assessment assistance, or an additional resource on a consultancy basis.

This triangulation of experience - global standards, regional requirements and grass roots implementation greatly enhances the company’s ability to offer its services in a focussed and applied context - global to local - risk adjusted and relevant.
